The personal data that you provide is collected for the purpose of administering the Shared Ownership Scheme. The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the local authority.

Your personal data will be shared within the Council and where necessary with third parties for the purposes of the Shared Ownership Scheme such as legal advisors. Your personal details will be kept in accordance with our retention policy.
