Before reporting a missed collection, please be aware that:

• A missed collection can only be reported after 4pm on the scheduled collection date
• A missed collection must be reported within 2 working days of the scheduled collection date
• Your bin must have been out by 6am on your scheduled collection date

After your report:

• We aim to return to collect missed bins within 2 working days from the date it was reported
• The missed bin should be left in its normal place for collection
