How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on Warwick District Council’s servers.
We will only keep your personal data for as long as we need it to manage your tenancy or lease and to deal with any questions or complaints that we may receive about this, unless the law requires us to keep it for a longer period. In practice, this means that your personal data may be retained for a period of 6 years after the tenancy ends, or the property is sold.
If you are reporting issues with a neighbouring property, you have the option to report anonymously. In this case, we will not collect your name, address or other contact details and the form submission will be deleted from after 6 months.
