Hire the Assembly Room

Our Assembly Room has capacity for 144 people banquet style, (8/9 people per 1 round table, with 16 rounds) 250 concert style, and 300 standing. It is an Ideal space for larger events in Leamington Spa such as weddings, parties and concerts. Additional set up are avaliable with a mixture of trestle and round tables.

Please note that room hire does NOT include stewards, box office service, equipment hire, consumables, catering, insurance, PRS, piano tuning, additional staff, additional cleaning, or marketing activity. Please see our additional charges for more information.

Which rates applies to my event?

• Commercial rate: Events run by commercial, professional businesses that are usually profit making, or private events / individuals.
• Community rate: Non-profit making events run by a community group for the benefit of the community.
• Charitable rate: Non-profit making events run by a registered charity in order to generate charitable funds or deliver charity work.

Rates applicable from 1 April 2026- 31 March 2027

The day and half-day hire rates include 1 Customer Services Assistant.

Assembly Room hourly hire rates (VAT included)

Hourly room rates do not include any staff. Depending on the nature of your event, staff will be an additional charge.
