Customer Services Assistants
£18,198 to £18,562 per annum pro rata plus 1% unsociable hour’s enhancement
3 posts x 325 hours per annum (hours to be agreed by mutual agreement with the Manager)

Situated in the centre of Royal Leamington Spa, the Royal Spa Centre, Town Hall and Art Gallery and Museum are busy multi-purpose arts, entertainment and exhibition venues.
We require individuals to join our large Customer Service team in the busy and varied working environment of The Arts.
Do you want to earn a little extra on a flexible basis, and are available to work during the daytime, evenings and weekends?
Do you want to be part of a vibrant team offering excellent customer service to our customers and visitors to the theatre, cinema, Town Hall and the Art Gallery and Museum?
Do you enjoy meeting hundreds of different people of all ages and helping them to enjoy the cultural services and facilities we have to offer?

We are looking for people who are friendly, out-going and passionate about providing a high level of Customer Service in a fast-paced and busy environment. Experience of working with the public and good customer care skills are essential.
