The Royal Spa Centre is a receiving house theatre with 667 seats, and a Studio Cinema with 188 seats. The Studio Cinema functions as a smaller performance space and an independent cinema that runs in house. Our Box Office is located at Leamington’s Visitor Information desk in the Royal Pump Rooms which is home to our Museum & Art Gallery, which hosts a range of exhibitions throughout the year.
We are looking for proactive and positive minded individuals to join our pool of casual Customer Services Assistant. Shifts can vary from pulling a pint behind our bar, stewarding inside our theatre, invigilating our gallery spaces to selling a ticket on box office.
You will need to be a team player and have a can-do attitude, working together with our team of Duty Managers to deliver excellent customer service. The role is also responsible for the wellbeing and safety of our visitors by assisting with building evacuation and emergency situations when they arise.
All relevant training will be given in house so no previous experience necessary. An enthusiasm for the arts is always encouraged, however, we mostly value a willingness to learn.
Flexible working is an important part of the role, we often work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends. We ask all staff to be able to work during the Christmas period as it is often our busiest time of year.
We are a diverse and friendly team and encourage applications from all backgrounds, including under-represented groups.
Shifts are allocated based on event and performance schedules and are not guaranteed.
