Use this form to tell us about a problem with noise nuisance. To submit a complaint, you will need to have completed a nuisance diary for at least a 14-day period.
Completing this form usually takes less than 10 minutes. Please note that each page has a 20-minute timeout limit, so for lengthy submissions we recommend typing comments outside the form, then copy and pasting them into it.
The personal data that you provide will be used to allow us to process the request for the Noise Nuisance Service and to help improve the service. The legal basis for this is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the local authority.
Before progressing a case we ask you to confirm your details, the details of the property you are complaining about and that you are prepared to give evidence in court. Your personal data including risk assessment will be shared with case management partners including the police and housing and will be kept for 6 years from the year the record was created.
You have the right to access your personal data and to complain if you think your data is being used incorrectly. You may also have other rights, such as to have your data corrected or erased. For full details on your personal data rights including the Data Controller and Data Protection Officer's contact details and further information, please see our main privacy notice.
