Use this form to report if your container has been damaged during collection. You will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged container as we are unable to consider providing a replacement without one.
Do not use this form to report missing containers. Please visit the waste container charges page for details on how to order new containers.
Each page of the form has a 20 minute timeout limit so we recommend having your photo ready to upload before starting the form.
The personal data that you provide will be used to allow us to process the report of a damaged waste container. The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or in the exercise of official authority invested in the Data Controller.
Your personal data will be shared with our recycling contractor Suez, and will be kept for 3 years from the year the record was created.
You have the right to access your personal data, and to complain if you think your data is being used incorrectly. You may also have other rights, such as to have your data corrected or erased. For full details on your personal data rights, including the Data Controller and Data Protection Officer's contact details, and for further information, please see the Council's main privacy notice on www.warwickdc.gov.uk.
