Answer:

The railway bridges where pigeons congregate in the Leamington town centre are not the responsibility of Warwick District Council. All communications regarding the bridges or trapped birds should be directed to Network Rail's Community Relations Team (0121 345 3095) who will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Answer:

There are three golden rules that should apply to a genuine Farmers' Market. They are:

Producers must be local, defined as within a specified radius of the market site (normally 30 miles)
Producers must sell their own produce. All secondary produce should contain local ingredients where appropriate
The person behind the stall must be the producers, a close family member or an employee directly involved with production, allowing you to ask questions about how it was produced.
