The committee minutes are not published immediately and are usually available after 2pm on the date after committee. It is therefore suggested that contact is made with the case officer. The officers details, including phone number is available using the following link:

Answer:

Applicants, agents, supporters and objectors can speak, together with a representative of the Warwick District Conservation Advisory Forum and the relevant Parish or Town Council. Ward members also have a right to address the Committee when applications in their ward are discussed.

Question: When is my planning application likely to go to committee?

Answer:

The progress of an application can be viewed at the Warwick District Council Planning Portal page by searching for the application. If the application is going to committee then the relevant date will be shown, or you can contact the case officer. However, not all cases go to the Planning committee, with the vast majority being decided as a delegated item by the Head of Planning.
