I don't want to commit to purchasing tickets now. Can I reserve some until I know for sure?

Answer:

Yes. Pop in to our Box Office at the Visitor Information Centre or give us a ring and we can reserve tickets for you.

Reserved tickets will be held for a period of 7 days or until 1 hour before the performance is due to commence, whichever is sooner. Full payment must be made within this time to confirm the booking. After this time unpaid reservations will be released and resold and we may not contact you before doing so.

I have rung the box office number repeatedly / been put on hold and have not been able to get through. What should I do?
