We are a single point of contact incorporating Kenilworth Library and Warwickshire Direct. 

  • Borrow and renew library books
  • Join the library
  • Apply for housing benefit and council tax reduction
  • Borrow CDs and DVDs
  • Apply to go onto the council’s housing register 
  • Register for council tax
  • Report environmental health issues
  • Apply for a countywide bus pass or travel tokens
  • Apply for disabled parking badges
  • View electoral register or apply to go on it
  • Make enquiries about highways, street lighting etc
  • Arrange special collections for bulky household items
  • Find out when your recycling collection will be
  • Get information on local leisure services, theatres, swimming pools and car park facilities
  • Make police enquiries

In addition a range of other useful information is available for partner agencies, including; Citizens Advise Bureau and Kenilworth Town Council.



  • Citizens Advice Bureau Surgery. This service is available for Kenilworth residents. There are pre-bookable slots and drop in slots. Call 0300 555 8171.


  • MP surgeries -  appointments have to be made in advance and the MP will attend if required. Call 01926 853650 for appointments
