How to join

Please book an induction session by speaking to one of the instructors, going to reception or calling your nearest centre. When you come for your appointment just bring some exercise gear, indoor trainers, t-shirt, sweatshirt, shorts/tracksuit trousers.

Upon joining you will be issued with a membership card, which you will need to bring every visit. You must be 16 or over to join the gym, proof of age maybe required at time of joining.

Membership covers all of our gyms - so when you join one you join them all. 

Personal training

For those that want one to one motivation, personal training is available. Contact the relevant centre.
