The council has a number of blocks of flats within its housing stock all of which have a range of communal facilities and/or services. These include:

  • Car parking areas
  • Gardens and grounds
  • Door Entry Systems
  • Fire alarm and fire detection systems
  • Lifts
  • Communal heating, lighting and water charges 
  • CCTV systems
  • Communal refuse disposal areas and/or rubbish chutes
  • Cleaning of communal stairs, landings and hallways
