Electric vehicle owners living or working in Warwick district are invited to apply for a permit which will allow you to park for free in Warwick District Council car parks. The annual permits will be valid from 1 August 2020 until 31 July 2021.

How to apply

To apply for an electric vehicle permit, please send the following information to parking@warwickdc.gov.uk.

  • Name
  • Address including postcode
  • Vehicle Registration Number
  • Make and Model

Once this information has been received and checked to ensure that you qualify for an Electric Vehicle Permit, we will process it and post it out to you. Please allow up to 10 working days from your application being received for it to be processed and received by you.

You MUST continue to pay for parking until you receive and display your permit

The personal data that you provide will be used to allow us to process the request for any requirement of the electric vehicle permit and the legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller.

Your personal data will be shared with our software processing supplier Chipside and will be kept for 6 years from the year the record is created.

You have the right to access your personal data and to complain if you think your data is being used incorrectly. You may also have other rights, such as to have your data corrected or erased.
