The services available

Kenilworth Library has been extensively refurbished to include a single point of contact which incorporates the LibraryWarwickshire Direct and Tourist Information. You will be able to borrow library books, make housing benefit and council tax enquiries and access a wide range of other council services all in one place.

  • Borrow and renew library books
  • Join the library
  • Apply for Housing and Council Tax Benefit. Completed forms can be returned and the information checked
  • Borrow CDs and DVDs
  • Apply to go onto the Council’s Housing register 
  • View Planning applications for Kenilworth
  • Register for council tax
  • Report Environmental health issues
  • Apply for a Countywide Bus Pass or Travel tokens
  • Apply for disabled parking badges
  • View electoral register or apply to go on it
  • Make enquiries about highways, street lighting etc
  • Arrange special collections for bulky household items
  • Find out when your recycling collection will be
  • Collect information on local leisure services, including theatres, swimming pool opening times, and car park facilities

Surgeries


Thursdays

  • Citizens Advice Bureau Surgery - 9.15am - 11.30am. This service is available for Kenilworth residents and appointments can be made in person at Warwickshire Direct.

 Saturdays

  • Local Councillors' surgeries are between 10am – 12 noon 
  • MP surgeries -  appointments have to be made in advance and the MP will attend if required. Call 01926 853650 for appointments
