The service is responsible for;

Handling all press and media enquiries serving local, regional and national newspapers, television and radio stations.
Provide professional help and advice to senior officers and councillors.
Conducting media monitoring on a daily basis serving all council departments.
Managing a wide range of marketing campaigns
Producing 'Focus', the council's magazine, which is delivered to every home within Warwick District.
