Warwick District Council supports online planning applications made using the Planning Portal's planning application service.
You can
- Submit a planning application online
- Pay your planning fee electronically or by cheque
- Continue to print all the forms off, fill them in by hand and then post them to the council if you prefer this option
Technical Assistance
If you have a technical issue that needs resolving (such as the Portal operating incorrectly or your login details not working) you can raise a Support Query with the technical support helpdesk by emailing support@planningportal.gsi.gov.uk.
Support queries should include the following information:-

a one line summary of the query/problem

name of person who found the problem
-
full description of the problem
-
where in the Portal the problem occurred
-
what action was in progress immediately prior to the problem occurring
-
description of the difficulties that the problem causes
-
full contact details
Please note that the Helpdesk operates between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.
