Members of the public are allowed to address some meetings of the Council and the Planning Committee. Guidance on this can be found in the 'Public Speaking at Council meetings' or 'Public Speaking at Planning Committee' sections of the Council's Constitution.
Members of the public are also allowed to address the Council, the Executive or Scrutiny Committees if they have submitted a petition to the meeting in question.
