Recent improvements and maintenance including disabled parking being brought up to current regulations.  The tree base grills have been replaced with new tree barriers as the maturing tree roots were making the original grills unsafe to walk on.  Coinciding with these works the car park railings to the front have been refurbished and painted.  Other maintenance includes the releveling of displaced block paved surfacing and kerb stones.
