Resident parking zones
The resident parking permit scheme came into operation in August 2007. You can download details of the streets in each zone.
Application forms
Complete the appropriate form and and return it together with the documentation and fee required to Parking Services, Warwick District Council, P O Box 2179, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, CV32 5QG.
Note: The resident overnight permit application permits the holder to park overnight in council off-street surface car parks within their town between 6.00pm and 9.00am.
Resident permit fees
A resident permit is £15 for the first permit and £25 each for additional permits. Each property is entitled to a maximum of 3 permits. Visitor permits are £15. Each property is entitled to 1 visitor permit. Resident overnight permits are £15 per resident permit. Changes of vehicle registration (other than at annual renewal) are subject to a £5 administration fee.
On street charging
On street charging came into force in certain streets in August 2007. Charges start at 20p for up to 30 minutes. A free 15 minute period is available in all off-street car parks.
- Leamington 20p for half hour / £1.00 for 1 hour and £1.80 for two hours.
- Warwick 20p for half an hour / 90p for 1 hour and £1.50 for 2 hours.
- Kenilworth - 70p for 1 hour and £1.00 for 2 hours.

On street regulations
On street regulations are determined by Warwickshire County Council as the highway authority. You should contact the county council on 01926 412142 if you have a query.
Coach parking
Coach parking is available in Warwick on St Mary's Lands area 1, in Kenilworth at Square West and in Leamington at Newbold Comyn.
