Season tickets - how to apply, charges and locations
Paying a penalty charge notice
You can pay or appeal against a penalty charge notice you can pay online. For details of the procedure for paying or appealing against parking notices call 01926 456317 or email parking@warwickdc.gov.uk.
Car park usage
Variable Message Signage was introduced into Leamington and Warwick in 2008 which will help direct drivers to where the spare capacity is located.
Motorcycle parking
Motorcycles can be parked in designated areas of off-street car parks free of charge. Metal hoops are provided in certain car parks for added security.
Motorhome parking
There are no facilities provided in any of the off street car parks for the overnight parking of motor homes. Parking for motor homes is possible on:
- St Mary's Lands areas 3 and 4 in Warwick during the day as there are no height restrictions at these car parks. And normal charges apply.
- Myton Fields is open from 1st April to 1st October; however, this is weather dependant. Please enquire with our Contact Service Centre.
A facility for motor homes to be parked during the day is also available at the Myton Fields picnic area. Normal charges apply. Facilities for overnight parking of motor homes are available via Warwick Racecourse. For more information please see Parking Frequently asked questions.
Reporting faulty equipment
If you identify equipment or lighting within our car parks which is is not working correctly then please contact our Contact Centre on 01926 456317 with details of exactly where the fault is located or e-mail us direct with the information at parking@warwickdc.gov.uk.
Reporting Parking meter faults
In the event that you identify a parking meter that has either kept monies and not issued a ticket, monies have become jammed or machine is not working correctly then please report to our Contact Centre on 01926 456317.
The procedure is then to purchase a ticket from another available functioning machine, if monies have been lost within machine, then you are advised to write in to Parking Services providing full details so that they can investigate the matter. parking@warwickdc.gov.uk.
