Season tickets
Season ticket charges and locations
Where there are limits on the amounts of passes available for a car park they are issued on a first come first served basis. Once the quota of spaces has been allocated you can register to go on a waiting list. You will be contacted once passes become available.
Only one registration is allowed per pass. Your season ticket does not guarantee you a parking space, however it does offer a great discount on the daily parking rate.
You can purchase a season ticket by calling us on 01926 456317. Payments can be made by debit card or credit card (credit cards incur a 1.9% surcharge). An amendment or refund to a season ticket can be made by calling 01926 456317. The administration charge for this is £6.
To renew an existing season ticket you will need to contact us at least 5 working days prior to the renewal date to allow a new season ticket to be issued out to you.
Paying a penalty charge notice
You can pay or appeal against a penalty charge notice you can pay online. For details of the procedure for paying or appealing against parking notices call 01926 456317 or email parking@warwickdc.gov.uk.
Car park usage
We carry out regular snap shot surveys to measure the level of usage in each car park. This information indicates that there are normally some 600 empty spaces during weekdays in multi-storey car parks. Variable Message Signage is being introduced into Leamington in 2008 which will help direct drivers to where the spare capacity is located. In the meantime if you are looking for an empty space in a car park you are advised to aim for Covent Garden P3 in Leamington, St Nicholas Park in Warwick and Square West in Kenilworth where it is normal to find empty spaces outside of the main peaks.
Motorcycle parking
Motorcycles can be parked in designated areas of off-street car parks free of charge. Metal hoops are provided in certain car parks for added security.
Motorhome parking
There are no facilities provided in any of the off street car parks for the overnight parking of motorhomes. Parking for motorhomes is possible on St Mary's Lands areas 3 and 4 and Myton Fields in Warwick during the day as there are no height restrictions at these car parks. Normal charges apply.
A facility for motorhomes to be parked during the day is also available at the Myton Fields picnic area. Normal charges apply. Facilities for overnight parking of motorhomes are availalbe via Warwick Racecourse.

If you identify equipment or lighting within our car parks which is is not working correctly then please contact our Contact Centre on 01926 456317 with details of exactly where the fault is located or e-mail us direct with the information at parking@warwickdc.gov.uk.
