How To Book:
Book Online 
Tickets for most of our events can be booked online. Follow the instructions on-screen from the what's on section. All bookings are made via a secure server so you can be sure that your details remain safe at all times. On completing your booking you will be sent an email confirmation which will act as your tickets. We do not charge booking charges or other fees on top of your tickets price.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings for Wheelchair spaces Online. Please call the Box Office on 01926 334418 or send an email with your seating requirements to boxoffice@warwickdc.gov.uk.
In Person
The Box Office is open from 10.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday at the Town Hall on The Parade in Leamington Spa, and at the Royal Spa Centre from 1 hour prior to the start of the show until 15 minutes after it has started.

Reservations
We will reserve seats for most events for up to 7 days. After this time unconfirmed seat reservations may be released for resale without further reference.
Refunds
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Tickets for sold out events are accepted for re-sale at the discretion of the Box Office. A £2 administration fee is charged per transaction if tickets are re-sold.
Latecomers
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
Ways to save
At the Royal Spa Centre & Town Hall we fully appreciate the current economic situation, so to ensure you can continue to have a great night out without feeling the pinch we have introduced our 20% off deal - book 2 or more full price tickets for shows displaying the 20% off icon and benefit from the saving!
- 20% discount applies to the full adult ticket price only.
- 20% discount does not apply to concessionary tickets.
- Discount is subject to availability of tickets allocated at the discounted price for each event.
- An equal number of tickets will be discounted for each event booked in one transaction. I.e. if 2 tickets are booked for show A, and 3 tickets for show B, 2 tickets for each show will be discounted, and the 3rd ticket for show B will be charged at the full price, or regular concessionary rate.
- A minimum of 2 shows must be booked in one transaction to trigger the 20% discount.
- Customers may book up to 50 shows in one transaction under the 20% discount offer.
- Tickets purchased under this or any other scheme may not be resold to a third party or for commercial gain.
- Availability of discounted tickets may vary from show to show.
- The Royal Spa Centre reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
Concessions
Concessions are available for selected performances to Seniors, Children, Students and Groups. Children are classified as being 16 and under, unless specified otherwise. Proof of entitlement may be required on entrance. Groups and schools rates are often available - please enquire at the Box Office.
Please note that all children aged 2 and over must have their own ticket and sit in the theatre seats. Children aged under 2 years of age may sit on an adult's knee.
Pushchairs and buggies cannot be allowed into the auditorium for Health and Safety reasons. These can be left safely in the foyer area during the performance.
Specific Wheelchair spaces are available within the auditorium. Wheelchair spaces must be allocated at the time of booking with the Box Office. Please be aware that because of the limitations of space we may be unable to accommodate wheelchairs for customers who purchase tickets without informing Box Office that a space is needed.
Customers seated in wheelchairs may purchase tickets at the lowest full price band available. One accompanying person can purchase a ticket at half price.
Data Protection
The Royal Spa Centre is committed to upholding the Data Protection principles of good practice. When processing your booking we will ask you for your name, address and telephone number.
