Leamington Cultural Quarter
Since the mid-1990s Warwick District Council has had a long term strategy to create a 'Cultural Quarter' in Leamington. This includes existing and planned facilities for the arts, heritage and leisure, which together will help regenerate south Leamington's ‘Old Town’. The hub of the new Cultural Quarter is the new arts facilities opened in 2006 in converted historic buildings in Spencer Yard, in Leamington's Old Town.

Other nearby resources include the Royal Pump Rooms, on the opposite bank of the river to Spencer Yard, and the historic Jephson Gardens, which have recently been restored and refurbished to include a sub-tropical glass house and restaurant.
