The scheme came into operation in 2007.
Properties Eligible
Permits that have been applied for and received do not guarantee the permit holder to park outside their property, allocated resident parking zone bays have been marked out and signage erected which clearly state the zone which corresponds with the zone on the permit. The location of the allocated bays are stated within the below documents:

Note: Changes to the residents parking scheme is the responsibility of the Traffic Projects Team at Warwickshire County Council, all queries should be directed to them.
Permit fees
You may apply for a maximum of 3 resident permits and 1 visitor permit per property.
Residents permits - Permits are valid from the 1st of the month for a period of 12 months, each resident permit applied for is vehicle specific and a total of 3 permits can be applied for per property. Permits are only valid whilst clearly displayed within the vehicle specified on the permit and parked within the stated zone. A permit renewal form will be sent out prior to the expiry of the permit. Prices are below:
- 1st Resident's permit applied for is £15.00
- 2nd Resident's permit applied for is £25.00
- 3rd Resident's permit applied for is £25.00
For an additional £15.00 on each Resident's permit you are entitled to a Resident's overnight permit which entitles you to park on a surface car park within your town from 6pm to 9am.
Visitor permits - Permits are valid from the 1st of the month for a period of 12 months and only one can be applied for per property. The permit is non-vehicle specific and can be used within any vehicle whilst clearly displayed within the specified zone, this is mostly used for when friends, family or contractors visit the property. A permit renewal form will be sent out prior to the expiry of the permit
- The Visitor's Permit is £15.00 - only one per property.
Permit Renewals: Renewal forms are sent out 6 weeks prior to the expiry of the permit.
Changes of vehicle registration: These are subject to a £5.00 administration fee.

Note: Please ensure that the correct documentation is sent with all permit applications, otherwise applications will be returned. When applying for a Residents/Visitors permit, vehicles are still required to park in accordance with the restrictions in force, otherwise Penalty Charge Notices will be issued.
All vehicles awaiting a new permit must park within the restrictions in force upon the street until your permit has been received.
