Penalty Charge Notices (PCN)

Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) are issued to a motorist appearing to be in charge of a vehicle that the Council believes was contravening the Councils Traffic Regulation Order (TRO – bylaw regulation) that are in force on-street and within Warwick District Council owned car parks within Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth.

If you have been issued a PCN please do not ignore it. Upon receipt of a PCN, there are 2 options available - pay or challenge.

The Penalty Charge will be reduced by a discount of 50% if payment is made no later that the last date of the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which the PCN was served. If payment is received after 14 days the full amount will become due.
