How to apply for a blue badge
Blue badges can only be applied for through Warwickshire County Council’s blue badge department; it is advised that applicants read their Frequently Asked Questions before applying for a blue badge. Blue Badge Application packs can either be obtained via Warwickshire County Council’s website by download or from contacting the Customer Service Centre. Methods of applying:

Do not call in person as the service is not set up to receive personal callers.
Warwickshire County Council Opening Hours are: 8a.m. to 8p.m. Monday to Friday; and 9.a.m. to 4p.m. on Saturday.

Where Blue Badges can and can’t be used
Before using your valid blue badge it is important that you read, ‘The Blue Badge scheme: rights and responsibilities in England’ handbook. This handbook notifies the badge holder on where they can and can’t park whilst using the blue badge. Those whom park using the blue badge incorrectly will be liable for any Penalty Charge Notices issued.
