The Station Area is centrally located within the urban area of Leamington Spa and lies immediately to the south west of the town centre. It includes the former Ford Foundry site, Leamington Spa Railway Station and land uses along Old Warwick Road and Station Approach. A planning and development brief has been prepared to guide the future development of this area and inform the determination by the Council of future planning applications. This was undertaken by GVA Grimley on behalf of the Council.
