These are topic based policy documents that provide further detail to support a policy or number of policies in the Local Plan (1996 - 2011).  The following SPDs have been prepared by the Council: 

• Vehicle Parking Standards
• Affordable Housing (and Mixed Communities guidance) 
• Sustainable Building, featuring the Enplanner Toolkit
• Open Space

The Council has also produced Supplementary Planning Guidance on particular planning topics and areas.
