Anyone wishing to undertake a personal search of the local land charges register/ council statutory registers may do so. Three days notice is required.
What is a personal search?
Personal searches are not carried out by this council but by outside Agents obtaining the information from the Land Charges Register and Public Record, assisted by Land Charges Staff.
