Bike Lend Scheme

Garden and Allotments

Gardening can be an amazing workout with all that digging and watering. Not only does Brunswick Healthy Living Centre have a new allotment that needs lots of work but they also have a Secret Garden based at the centre. They are always looking for people to help so not only will you start getting active but you will have some real results to show at the end of it too. New Parents Trim Trail

Starting soon at Brunswick Healthy Living Centre is a fabulous new way to increase your fitness levels after having a baby. The Trim Trail will leave from the centre, and uses speed walking and toning exercises to help you get back into shape.
