Coach Bursary Scheme
Would you like money towards your coaching qualification?
Any individual who is 16 years or over and part of a sports club or community delivering sport in Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire can apply, however there are strict timescales and deadlines that need to be met and each bursary will need to complete certain information to receive the subsidy. Sports Coach UK courses
The Sports Development Team run a number of SCUK courses throughout the year.

Pool Lifeguard
As IQL Approved training centres (latest accreditation Jan 2006), all three of the districts pools offer the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS), National Pool Lifeguard qualification. ASA Swimming Teachers
Throughout the year courses are held to qualify individuals as Amateur Swimming Association (ASA), swimming teachers. For further details of forthcoming courses contact St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre 01926 495353
First Aid at Work
During the year Warwick District Council offers Health and Safety Executive, approved First Aid at Work courses. For further details please contact Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre 01926 882083
