The Gov.uk website contains a guide to organising a fete or street party.
The council will require you to complete this indemnity form (Word, 34kb) - please download, complete and submit with your application. There are also conditions of consent (14kb, PDF) that need to be read and understood. It is recommended that all potential party organisers read these prior to making an application.

Roads
To ensure that no road works are affected by the event a copy of the completed application form should be sent to;
