Club accreditation and child Protection in sports clubs
Visit the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Sport website for further information on club accreditation including a list of accredited clubs and for useful information on managing child protection in sports clubs. Alternatively for further information for clubs, coaches, parents and young people on a range of child protection issues in sport visit the Child Protection in Sport Unit website.
Warwick District Council sports clubs grants
Warwick District Council operates a small grants scheme for voluntary sports clubs within Warwick District. Clubs must have a constitution and bank account requiring at least two signatures. For further information please contact 01926 456218.
Sports development groups
A number of sport specific "Development Groups" have been formed to work together in developing the sports locally. These groups include representatives from local clubs, officers from Warwick District Council Leisure and Amenities, and Greater Warwickshire Sport Development officers.
Groups currently in place are:

- Athletics Community Coach Steering Group
- Basketball Community Coach Steering Group
