Customer Services Adviser (telephone role)
£16,217 - £17,781 per annum
You will ensure the delivery of a first class and professional front-line service for the council. Handling calls that range from basic enquiries to complex requests, variety is guaranteed. If you have the enthusiasm to help people and are committed to delivering excellent customer service, this may be the role for you.
With a minimum of two years experience of working within a customer service environment, preferably within a Contact Centre, you will have the enthusiasm to deliver first class service to a diverse range of customers at initial point of contact. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent or with five years work experience in a customer service or administrative environment, you will be a competent communicator with accurate data inputting skills.

The Customer Service Centre opening hours are 8am - 7pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 6pm Friday and 9am - 1pm Saturday. Successful candidate(s) will be required to work across the full range of opening hours on a rota basis.
