The next Landlord Forum will take place on Tuesday 18th June between 6 and 8pm. The Forum will again be held at Victoria House, 59 Willes Road, Leamington Spa CV32 4PT. There will be sessions on Energy Efficiency, Regaining Possession, Fire Safety as well as Private Sector Housing and Article 4 updates.
There is no charge to attend landlord forums, but you must pre-register as places are limited. This can be done by emailing ehhousing@warwickdc.gov.uk or telephoning 01926 456733 quoting 'Landlord Forum'. If you intend to bring a guest, please also make this clear when registering.
The purpose of the Forum is to promote dialogue between the Council and private landlords and their agents. It is an opportunity to disseminate information on a range of issues affecting landlords, and to encourage landlords to give their perspective and ask questions.
The Landlord Forum seeks to encourage landlords to work more closely with the Council and to exchange ideas and information, so that we can learn from each other.
Landlords are encouraged to send their e mail address so that it may be added to the distribution list enabling early notification of forthcoming events. To do this simply e mail ehhousing@warwickdc.gov.uk requesting that your details are added to the distribution list.
Landlord Forum 30th October 2012
This, the 4th in the current series of Fora, covering a range of issues of interest to private landlords, was again held at Victoria House in Leamington Spa, and has received positive feedback from local landlords. The presentations were as follows

This Forum was held at Victoria House, 59 Willes Road, Leamington Spa and was well attended by local landlords. Topics for discussion included Article 4 Direction which will impose restrictions on certain new houses in multiple occupation, fire safety and landlords forthcoming duties to meet minimum energy performance standards.

Landlord Forum 6th April 2011
Warwick District Council held it's Landlord Forum for private sector landlords at the Pump Rooms, Leamington Spa on 6th April 2011.
The Forum that took place at The Pump Rooms was attended by more than 70 landlords and agents.
