If you are having difficulty with your payments you should contact your mortgage provider as soon as possible.

• Mortgage Rescue Scheme - depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for help. Please call us on (01926) 456 431/446 if you have any enquiries.
• Support for Mortgage Interest - the government has changed the rules for those on certain state benefits to shorten the waiting time before those of working age can get help with mortgage interest.
