Ways to pay your rent

Direct Debit:

If you are experiencing difficulties getting to the office, it might be convenient for you to set up a direct debit which will be requested from your bank or building society account on the 2nd or 14th of each month, depending on which you prefer. If your account is in rent arrears, it might not be convenient for you to pay your rent by direct debit as the payments are calculated to ensure your account is clear by the end of March. Payments by Standing Order may be more convenient, see below. For further details or a Direct Debit form please telephone (01926) 456409.

Standing Order:

This is very similar to direct debit but with the convenience of you being able to choose the monthly payment date. If your account is in arrears, you will need to discuss a repayment plan with your Income Recovery Officer. Telephone them on 01926 456435 - 01926 456239 or 01926 456438

Please do not post cash.

Debit/Credit Cards

If you wish to pay your rent by Debit/Credit card:

Payments are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Council's secure website at www.warwickdc.gov.uk/epayments or by telephoning an automated freephone payments number 0800 028 3377.  All major debit and credit cards are accepted although payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge.

Failure to make rent payments will result in you losing your home.

If you have lost your Allpay Card call 01926 456408.
