Help completing benefits forms

At Warwick District Council we have one form to claim Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit.
Please note
- If someone helps you to complete the form they must also sign the declaration on the form.
- You will have to provide proofs of your identity and other papers to support your claim
Visit our offices
We have fully trained Benefit staff at all of our Warwickshire Direct offices and our Main office at Riverside House who can help you complete our benefit forms.
Home visits
We will arrange a home visit for those who are unable to get to one of our offices if they fall into one of these categories:
- Elderly or Infirm
- Disabled (or have disabled dependents)
- Have mobility difficulties
- Registered blind
- Housebound
A Visiting Officer will help you:
- Complete any Housing or Council Tax Benefit form
- Help with benefit enquiries that cannot be dealt with over the phone
- Make a new claim for Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit
