Annual General Meeting
The next Annual General meeting will be held on May 29th 2013 at the Town Hall, Leamington Spa.
Structure
This Group is organised with a Committee which is elected at each Annual General Meeting in May each year. A new committee was elected including many from the previous years group

General meetings timetable
All meetings take place at Leamington Town Hall at 7.00pm and all leaseholders are welcome.
The Committee meets each month (other than July and August), General Meetings take place four times per year at the Leamington Town Hall,

Communications

- We produce a Leaseholder page in each edition of Home News
- The Leaseholder Action Group (LAG) has an email address. You can send emails direct to LAG (but do not use this email to request any WDC services). We would like to create a full database of Leaseholders Email addresses so that we can start sending any kind of communication by Internet rather than by Post. They would also be interested in Leaseholders giving them their email address so they can contact them via email. You can do this by emailing LAG at the email address below and enter your name and property address in the email.
- In the very near future we will be publishing together with Warwick District Council an updated version of the Leaseholder Handbook, this will also be published in this LAG Website.

Gas Servicing Reminder For Leaseholders Leaseholders should remember that they have a responsibility to have an annual gas service of all their gas appliances.
Asbestos Reports - Guidance For Leaseholders New Leaseholders will receive a copy of the asbestos survey that relates to their property and to the communal area of the property. If existing Leaseholders wish to have a copy of the asbestos report for the communal area of their property, we will provide a copy on request. For their own property they would have to arrange for a survey themselves or we can provide details of our consultants. If a Leaseholder has work undertaken in their property they must undertake an asbestos survey for the health and safety of the contractor and the other occupants before any work commences. For any Leaseholder enquiries regarding asbestos, please contact 01926 456035 or 01926 456067.
Leaseholder Communal Repairs Leaseholders can use the following e-mail address to report routine repairs to the communal areas where you live leaseholdteam@warwickdc.gov.uk. If you need to report emergency repairs to the communal areas, you should ring the Customer Service Centre on 01926 412828. This number can also be used to report routine repairs and chase up existing repairs.
