Hard to let and easy to access properties

The Council currently has no hard to let properties, but there is relatively low demand for some Council housing - particularly some property designated for occupation by elderly residents. If you would like more information, please contact the Lettings Officers by email hsglet@warwickdc.gov.uk or by telephoning (01926 456424/25).
A small number of Council properties are specifically built or adapted to ensure they meet the lifetime home or disability standards to ensure they provide easy access for disabled tenants. The Council's lettings policy ensures that these properties are let to those tenants who require them.
