Homechoice
If you would like to apply for a home in this district, this may be rented housing, shared ownership or low cost housing schemes, you will need to register on the Warwick District HomeChoice scheme. Visit the housing allocations page for more details of the scheme.
The application form can be downloaded (see above) or is available from Reception here at Riverside House, or by telephoning 01926 456430. Once you have completed and signed your application form please return to HomeChoice, Warwick District Council, Housing Department, PO Box 2175, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Leamington Spa, CV32 5QE.
The Register is used to estimate the current and future demand for housing and to assess the housing needs of the people. It is used by the Council and all the Housing Associations with properties in this area and if you would like housing, your name must be on this Housing Register.
