Communal facilities

The Council has a number of blocks of flats within its housing stock all of which have a range of communal facilities and/or services.

These include:

  • Car parking areas
  • Gardens and grounds
  • Door Entry Systems
  • Fire Alarm & Fire Detection Systems
  • Lifts
  • Communal Heating. Lighting and Water Charges 
  • CCTV systems
  • Communal refuse disposal areas and/or rubbish chutes
  • Cleaning of communal stairs, landings and hallways
