The Council has a number of blocks of flats within its housing stock all of which have a range of communal facilities and/or services.
These include:
- Car parking areas
- Gardens and grounds
- Door Entry Systems
- Fire Alarm & Fire Detection Systems
- Lifts
- Communal Heating. Lighting and Water Charges
- CCTV systems
- Communal refuse disposal areas and/or rubbish chutes
- Cleaning of communal stairs, landings and hallways
