The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a public statement of the Council's programme for the production of Local Development Documents. All local planning authorities are required to produce Local Development Schemes under the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The current Local Development Scheme 2008 (437 KB) was brought into effect on 16th January 2008.
