The Policy Team within the Planning & Engineering Department gathers background land use information essential to the planning work which is undertaken. This includes annual monitoring of progress on housing and major employment sites.
Housing
The council produces an annual report that monitors the rate of housing development within the district. Each report covers the 12 month period up to March of that year (for example the 2005 report covers the period April 2004 to March 2005)
