The report of the Public Inquiry into objections to the Warwick District Local Plan was published by the Planning Inspectorate on 1st June 2007.
The Inquiry, which was chaired by Planning Inspector Mr. Clive Richardson, took place between 4th April and 6th September 2006. A full copy of the report is available below.

The report is organised on a chapter by chapter basis to follow the sequence of the Local Plan. Many of the objections to the Local Plan were site-specific in nature. If you wish to view the comments on a specific site, please refer to appendix F which provides an index of the main site specific assessments.
A hard copy of the full report is available to view in the council's offices. Copies are available in all local libraries and other usual locations where the local plan has been deposited in the past as soon as possible.
