Environmental planning policies

The Council has a number of environmental planning policies. These can be found in the following main areas:-
This includes planning policies applicable across the District.
This provides more detailed planning guidance to the policies in the local plan, often relating to specific sites.
This will comprise a number of documents which will eventually replace the local plan and supplementary planning guidance.
