Email alert service - Planning Documents

Would you like to be kept informed when the Council produces or consults on new planning policy documents?
We are now offering an email alert service where we will automatically send you an email notification when key new planning policy documents are published. This will inform you when:
- Public consultations begin on any planning policy document.
- Any document is adopted by the Council as planning policy.
- The Local Development Scheme is brought into effect.
- New informal guidance is prepared which may be of interest.
This is a free service. Subscribe for email alerts and select the option Planning documents. You can also subscribe for email alerts on other topics or manage your subscription.
Please note that the Council will still be sending notification about public consultations in the usual ways (by letter, public notice) as set out in our Statement of Community Involvement. This email alert service is an additional way of us keeping you informed about planning documents.
