The Council is required to produce an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) under the Planning & Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The purpose of the AMR is to assess:-

the extent to which policies in local development documents are being achieved. Until such time as the Council prepares new planning documents required by the new Act, the AMR will assess the operation of the policies of the Warwick District Local Plan.
