During office hours (08:45 - 17:15 Mon-Thur, 08:45 - 16:45 Fri) there is always a Building Control Officer available on duty to answer your enquiries either in person or by telephone. Simply come to the main reception desk in Riverside House and inform the receptionist that you wish to see a Building Control Officer.

Request an inspection
If contacting us to request a site inspection, a telephone call before 10:30 am will allow us to carry out a visit the same day. If you contact us after this time, the earliest we are able to call to site will be the following day. Alternatively you can use our web register to request an inspection.
