Searching
The Planning Application Search service provides access to all the planning applications received by the district council since 1997. You can also view associated documents for householder applications received since July 24th 2006 and documents for all other planning applications received since 2008.
You can carry out a general search and make comments
as well as predefined searches
Entering words
Please enter a word or phrase specifically associated with the property you are interested in, e.g. name of the street or road (common street names e.g. High Street, should be accompanied by the town) and avoid searching on a whole town as this will slow up the whole search process.
Entering the planning application reference number
This should be entered in the same way that it is displayed on the Council’s correspondence e.g. W 04 / 1234
Entering dates
The registration (start) and decision date should be entered in the following format: DD/MM/YYYY.
Results
The results will be sorted by case file number, although “CTRL F” can be used to find a particular word within the results listing page. Please click on the “Case Number” to show more details for the required application.
Any search will provided details regarding the case file reference, its address, application type, details of the proposal, important dates and decision. Further information including the applicants name, agent details, case officer details, a list of consultees, any conditions/reasons for approval or reasons for refusal, and details with regard to appeals can also be obtained.
Caveat: If you require definitive Planning Information for a location within Warwick District you should contact the Development Control section of the Planning department directly.
